Transience can be brought on by many different sets of circumstances, but the resulting reality is often the same. Blurred landscapes are stitched together by brief connections, which inevitably fade into the horizon. A lack of familiarity takes hold amidst the nomadic solitude. The questions of what to eat and where to sleep reign as the less essential desires of community and routine smoulder in the background.

To some, existing on the periphery of life is a choice, for others it is necessity.
